Many of us try and over complicate life, go back to the basics for good health and the infamous saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”

  • Rich in Powerful Anti-Oxidants
    Antioxidants are a substance that has the ability to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals. Free radicals are molecules produced when your body breaks down food, or by environmental exposures like smoking and radiation. Free radicals can damage cells, and may play a role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases.
    The two apple families with the highest anti-oxidant count is: Red Delicious and Granny Smith. Anti-oxidants is the fountain of youth for the body and skin.
  • Healthier & Whiter Teeth
    Chewing on an apple stimulates the production of saliva in your mouth, reducing tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria. The juices in apples can kill up to 80% of oral bacteria’s.
  • Constipation or Diarrhea
    Apples are a valuable source of the fibre Pectin, it is classed as soluble, fermentable and viscous fibre —a medium-sized apple contains about 4 grams of fibre. Fibre can either pull water out of your colon to keep things moving along when you’re backed up, or absorb excess water from your stool to slow your bowels down.

    In modern day life we are constantly consuming toxins, whether it is from drinks or food, with your liver being your body’s filtration system it can easily have too big of a work load.     Apples contains rich flavanoids that has the ability to protect you form osteoporosis and may also increase bone density.
